By accessing or using PitchZone ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including videos, session data, and pitcher profiles. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Your use of PitchZone is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your data to provide coaching analytics and insights. We do not sell your personal data. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The analytical models, software, source code, design, branding, and content provided by PitchZone are and remain the exclusive property of PitchZone LLC, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal or team coaching purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership, equity, title, or interest in the app, its software, or its intellectual property — no purchase, subscription, or payment conveys ownership of PitchZone or any part of it. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the platform. You retain ownership of the pitching data and content you create.
PitchZone provides data, analytics, and insights for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for physical injuries or performance outcomes resulting from the use of our analytics or recommended drills. Always consult with certified medical and sports professionals before acting on any training recommendation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
PitchZone offers paid subscriptions (PitchZone Plus) billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A subscription purchases a limited right to access the service for the paid period only — it does not constitute a purchase of the app, its software, or any ownership stake in PitchZone LLC.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of PitchZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
